C. Stiefer Eliyah

Architect & Owner

Chaim founded Caelestis, LLC to pursue a foundational vision: moving beyond the limitations of conventional AI to build truly agentive, reliable systems. With over 15 years of experience in backend architecture and systems design, he now leads the company's pivot toward core AI research. He is the principal architect of the Aether Grove and the Discursive AI framework.

His work is informed by his ongoing studies and his deep ongoing commitment to the open-source community. Chaim is pursuing an MS in AI research, and is a past recipient of a grant from Focusing Philanthropy.

Ying leads the design of the human-computer interaction paradigms for Caelestis. Her expertise is in translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, effective user experiences, ensuring that our systems are not only powerful but also accessible and collaborative.
